Hi!
I commited a file to PEAR CVS, the commit itself went OK but then the process stalled for some time and later the following message appeared:
Mailing the commit email to pear-cvs@lists.php.net
connect 216.92.131.4:25 failed at /repository/CVSROOT/loginfo.pl line 253
Looks like there are some problems with SMTP server.
