Hmm, discussion may be unneeded this time because those packages are
already there :) They have been orphaned for a long time, and I already
contacted the original importer to ask him for permission that I
maintain the packages from now on.
But right, I think some discussion should take place here even though
someone wants to contribute his/her code to PECL so all interested parties
could know what goal the contributor is achieving or whatsoever, to avoid
non-technical troubles :)
