Again this might lead to discussion "do we need it in pear if it's
available somewhere else", right? But if the Horde-people agree to
move functionality from their classes and to pear-alize it, I
personally would like to see support for gpg/pgp/s-mime in pear. This
would make the image of an "enterprise state repository" even more
complete :-)
