PHP has namespaces? nice to hear that ;-).
That said, it seems you missed (again? tsk tsk tsk) some points.
Validate is still alpha (see alpha defition) and should be used/see as
alpha. There is already some space (what you call namespace) using for
locale validation. You can read the peardev archive to see what we
planed in Validate to categorize the different validations methods.
Some methods are in the wrong place actually (i.e. in the main Validate
class), this is actually not a problem as they are here for tests
purposes.
