I have put *many* patches in comment of bugs.
Here is the list of the bugs that are waiting for you:
#22338 for ssb (XML-RPC) since 31 jul.
#24677 for coredumb (File) since 31 jul.
#24826 for jan (Net_Ping) since 27 jul.
#24832 for dallen (UserAgent_Detect) since 28 jul.
#25003 for ssb/cox (DB) since 18 aug.
#25067 for ssb/cox (DB_oci8) since the 15 aug.
#25126 for ssb/cox (DB) since 18 aug.
Here is the list of the patches from someone else that are waiting too:
#24865 for (XML_Parser and XML_RSS) by marshall since 30 jul.
#24895 for (File_Passwd) by laurent waiting since 5 months just for a
RELEASE!
#24988 looks enough to remove the package IMO. (HTML_Processor).
#25008 for the PEAR Installer by cellog since the 10 aug.
#25086 for cox/ssb (DB_postgres) by alan since 13 aug.
