Currently working with HTML_QuickForm and I needed a rule for
'nonnegative' or better to say 'positive'. I know it
can be achieved with regex rule but something like the
following migh be a good addition:
'positive' => '/[0-9]*/'
'negative' => '/^-[1-9][0-9]*/'
(BTW, only after Keith Edmunds wrote the HTML_QuickForm
getting started guide, I realised how usefull the library
is :)
