I moved XML_RPC_Client to RPC/Client.php too.

Here's a diff for Server.php, RPC.php, and package.xml:

Description:
------------
"There's a bug in XML_RPC_Server, that, many clients simply ignore.
However, some clients, in particular xmlrpc-c for C have big issues
with this. When using this particular client, the error "-503 Unclosed
Token" is received."

The error seems to be caused because the "Content-length" header is
sent instead of "Content-Length" in XML_RPC_Server::service().
I am adding inline documentation to the entire package and fixing this
bug. I will post a patch tonight or tomorrow.
