Hi,
In Germany they say that we will have the first domains with German
"Umlaute" (ä, ö, ü, ß) by the end of the year. These will be encoded
using "Punycode". Has anybody already tried / thought of working on a
conversion library? If not: How could this be done? Are there other
encoding we need to take care of or would a Net_Punycode be useful?
And how would I write the "Umlaute" into the source? As ASCII-values,
in hex, ...?
Stefan
