#25300 [NEW]: go-pear expands 8.3 path names

The go-pear.php file version is $Id: go-pear,v 1.48 2003/08/12 21:44:02 pajoye Exp $ I set the "Installation prefix" using safe 8.3 file/path name: "c:\progra~1\pear" But, the program, or the cute file finder dialog box procedure, turns it into "C:\Program Files\pear" Using the 8.3 path names avoids problems in the long run.
