In DB::common the execute method, on success the return value is a DB::result object. Now in
DB::oci8 and DB::ibase which are the only one's ( I assume ) that have native prepare/execute
methods the result is a native database resource. My best bet is that this was the former behavior
of DB::common and was changed a while back. Plus this would probably break code relying on
method's using prepare/execute (getAll and getAssoc come to mind).
Can anybody confirm this so I can make the necessary changes to DB::oci8/DB::ibase
yavor
