Update your package Web CVS links please

Hi, I've introduce a new "cvs web link" at the package description page. Each package lead is now able to edit the url by hitting the "pencil" button at the bottom of the package description in the package home. I've "manually" set that link for all packages under cvs.php.net/pear. If you have a PECL package or a package that is not inside the pear cvs please update the link.
