Reproduce code:
---------------
e.g. go to:
http://pear.php.net/package/File_Ogg
and click on "Changelog"
also you might go back to
http://pear.php.net/package/File_Ogg
click on v0.1 and then click back at "Changelog" - a slightly different
error
