Hi,
we've recently talked about international domainname (to be
introduced in .nl, .ch and .de at the end of 2003). Therefor a
function "UTF8 2 Punycode" and vice versa would be useful.
a) Where should it go? Separate package under "Internationalisation"?
b) Has anybody already started implementing something like this?
The docs (rfc3492) and a gnu implementation (GNU IDN) can easily be
found on the web ...
