It's maybe because your group has a name and you use its name when you create the elements. There is a 'appendName' parameter you can set to false in addGroup(). You can check this behavior by looking at the html source and find the file element name. If it is something like 'my_group_name[my_file_element_name]' and you are looking for 'my_file_element_name' only, then set 'appendName' to false. Otherwise, this might be a bug, I haven't yet tested file in groups AFAIR ;) There is a file upload example in the QuickForm examples, make sure you use the correct syntax. Bertrand Mansion Mamasam
