Hello,
The XML_Tree class does not support the encoding attribute on the xml-tag, so I have made a
suggestion for a patch. (See Tree.php.diff)
I have specified the default encoding scheme to be utf-8, but maybe it should be iso-8859-1 instead?
Or something else?
