Hm, I'm thinking about removing $load_again from save(), because
it seems pretty much useless now.
It's somehow a relict of HtPasswd, because this class had
different arrays for crypted and new uncrypted users (of course
the passwds were crypted :).
So $load_again was just for refreshing the arrays with the
crypted passwords of the new users.
