On the one hand I like the documentation style of PHP and think, that
this whole documentation thingie is one of the best in the whole
opensource world. But on the other hand I also see the problem, that there
are lots of programmers here who don't want to learn Docbook in order
to write documentation.
Anyways, +1 from me for working with Docbook and placing the documentation
on pear.php.net.
