A week or 2 ago there was much discussion about Mod10 and Payment/Credit
Card verification. Is there an existing package that applies Luhn Algorithim
(Mod10) for verification? If not, is there an active proposal? I have lots
of code already devoted towards this, would like to make some use of
it...either in my own package or as a contribution to someone else's
package. I've posted about this before but never got a response.
