That's a very good point.

I think it can sometimes be appropriate to have the same name on several
elements on different pages. Then the meaning of an element can be intuitive
determined depending on the context of the page. (Well, I can of course name
the elements like pageA_myElement, pageB_myElement and so on, but that would
probably not be very neat).
Now I'll go on buliding my form with your wise words in mind.
