I just did. I can create pronouncable and non-pronouncable-passwords
and can also generate numeric passwords etc. Looks nice and is
probably what you're looking for.

Take the 2 minutes. There are examples in the manual at pear.php.net.

In my eyes such a function would be generally useful. You give it a
string to "spell" and it will convert it into text.
