I'm a docbook user. I'd be happy to help out when we get something arranged.
I don't see too many problems with the PHPDoc stuff. It's all nicely
standardised and they've worked hard on the system.
IMHO, keeping in lin with PHPDOC is a good thing(tm) as PearDOC stuff can be
easily integrated.
