Hi Dave, This seems to be a problem with the name of the Crypt_Rc4 package at pear.php.net, the installer is case-insensitive locally. When you go to http://pear.php.net/Crypt_Rc4, notice that the package name at the top is Crypt_RC4, but all of the releases are Crypt_Rc4 - This is clearly because the package name in package.xml is Crypt_Rc4. I think you may be able to temporarily fix this one simply by changing the package name at pear.php.net to Crypt_Rc4, or by uploading a release with package name Crypt_RC4 in package.xml. I don't know why this is suddenly a problem, clearly one of the recent changes to pearweb may be a cause, or something to do with the split of pecl. Regards, Greg Dave Mertens wrote:
pear-database.php:543: Notice: Undefined index: radius This is maybe the same Problem as described in: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=74 But occours in all states.
I had the same problem on my linux box today. But when i swicthed the preferred_state setting to 'stable', and the pear command 'list-all' was working again. Earlier someone mentioned (in bug #74 discussion) that packages are case sensitive, but as far i know, 'pear install math_basex' works fine.. Maybe it's wise to always lowercase the packages names used with pear? I'm running PHP 4.3.3 (and the supplied pear tool), installed as apache module aswell CLI binary. Just my 2 cents, Dave Mertens
