XML entitites are not replaced by XML_Unserializer, but the XML Parser used
by PHP (expat). Normally it is the desired behaviour to replace entities
when parsing a document.
I could add a feature that allows callbacks when unserializing a document,
so it could be possible to replace the entities back....
I will think about this in the next few days.
