If you put it under net, choose Net_SMS, since afaik this is the
latest naming convention (refering to Net_Ping, Net_Tracert, Net_...
or Image_Text etc.).
The question still remains if "Net" is the right way to go - if you
think of handling a serial connected mobile phone also or just doing
transformation of a picture into the appropriate logo-format (without
actually sending it anywhere). Hmm - "Tools and utilities" is an open
category but afaik it was meant for PHP/PEAR-tools :-(
Sorry - no better suggestions from my side so far ... maybe someone
else got a better idea.
