All of you, which are using GnuPG (or something similar), are urged to
deposit the ID of their public key in their user profile
(http://pear.php.net/user/<handle>).
This will allow us to e.g. implement some fancy password recovery system
that relies on signed/encrypted emails.
Further question should be directed to pear-webmaster@php.net.
