Taking a look at the constructor I find I need to pass db connection info, plus the configuration array. I don't really understand why I need both however, since $conf should contain an existing connection.
We've discussed that on the LiveUser mailing list a short while ago. The current behaviour is indeed a little silly and a solution has already been presented, but has not yet made it into CVS.
My basic question is: should I instantiate LiveUser_Admin_Perm_Container_DB_Complex directly? I wasn't able to find any kind of factory method to indirectly get the admin object.
There currently is no factory for the admin classes, that's still in the works. If you have defined name attributes for your auth containers in the configuration array, you can get an auth admin object by using LiveUser's getAuthAdminObjectByName() method. Yes, the name sucks :-) CU Markus
