Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a safe way to dynamically enable the regression tests that bundle with the PEAR core. Currently, they all have skip, which is a good thing, since they would tarnish the testing of PHP for those who install --without-pear. I'm wondering if we could grab an environment variable, like PHP_PEAR_RUNTESTS and use it to determine whether these tests should be run, instead of using a blanket skip statement.
Any thoughts?
Greg
