Well, back again :)
I've some updates to report:
Configuration has been separated, and ProcWatch can now be configured
by an XML file, XML string or an native php array. Therefore 2 new
classes have been added @_Config and @_Config_Parser.
If you want to configure by an native array, you may directly supply
it to System_ProcWatch::setConfig() or at initalization time.
Otherwise you can get the config array from @_Config through
System_ProcWatch_Config::fromXml()
System_ProcWatch_Config::fromXmlFile()
System_ProcWatch_Config::fromArray()
The latter is just for a simple but maybe slow sanity check of your
array. Also the semantic of the XML configuration file has been
simplified and the provided example.xml is now well commented.
Have another look at:
http://dev.iworks.at/PEAR/proposals/System_ProcWatch.html
PEAR package:
http://dev.iworks.at/PEAR/System_ProcWatch-0.1.tgz
A quick test is performed really easy:
# pear download http://dev.iworks.at/PEAR/System_ProcWatch-0.1.tgz
# pear install System_ProcWatch-0.1.tgz
# cd [PEAR]/docs/System_Procwatch
# less README.txt
# procwatch -c example.xml && tail /var/log/procwatch
That's it :-)
Regards,
