[IDEA] About a PEAR QA survey

Hi you PEARs! After the whole discussion about QA in PEAR and which things should change I thought about building a QA survey, to ask the users, what they like and dislike about PEAR. I don't know, if anyone likes to have such a survey, but IMHO it is a good way to get some clear statements of our users.
