Hi Arnaud, no - as it's a member method of DB_NestedSet[MDB|DB] and implemented there. The MDB driver does:

    function _dropSequence($sequence)
    {
        $this->db->loadManager();
        return $this->db->dropSequence($sequence);
    }

The DB driver does:

    function _dropSequence($sequence)
    {
        return $this->db->dropSequence($this->sequence_table);
    }

So it shoudln't be called on the $db instance directly. greetings -- Daniel Khan
