Hi,
You'll have to see with pa if he can/is willing to put a forum a pearfr.
In the case not you'll have to find somebody who is willing to host the forum and find moderators willing to spend time etc. etc.
Arnaud.

I know that Pierre-Alain Joye has made this site : --> http://www.pearfr.org But a forum would be so great... I am also writing several tutorials in french. What do you think about it ? I can help if necessary... :)
