Hey again,
This small patch[1] fixes whitespace issues (tabs Vs spaces) and also puts in a space before the /> of an EMPTY element. The reason for this is that if its XHTML this is needed to follow the HTML Compatiblity Guidelines. If its not XHTML, it suffers none, so why not?
- $tag = sprintf("<%s%s/>", $tag["qname"], $attList);
+ $tag = sprintf("<%s%s />", $tag["qname"], $attList);
Thats the part of the patch for adding the space. I did do a seperate WS and code fix patch, but because the change is whitespace in the code it wouldn't show with diff -uw :)
