Please fix this, I am getting tired to receive failure notices everytime I
send a mail to those PEAr lists.

Do you have some code to send me ? I have started a similar project based o=
n
Config with the help of Fabien Franzen. I'd like to see how you deal with
rules, translations, etc.
Maybe both projects could be combined into one.
