PEAR::Tree MDB container + fix some NOTICEs

Subject: new MDB container for PEAR::Tree Since I've had these patches on my HD for some months, I put them online before they get lost. I know that Wolfram (hi!) is really busy, but I thought this one is a nice addition to PEAR::Tree. I recently read some comments on sitepoint forums about the stallment of this package, so I decided to publish the changes I made to say: "Hey, Tree is NOT stalled!" Here's a full report of the changes (new tar archive with all the files and a complete test suite, phps of new/old/changed files, diffs) I made to current CVS version: http://cambiano.onlinein.it/pearzone/Tree/ Should I open a bug report about it, even if it's not really a bug report, but just a "memorandum"?
