Bug description: patch for search.php: valign=top so results line up nicely

The results on search.php are jumbled around. Adding the valign="top"
attribute to <tr> makes things line up nicely. This makes the items
easier to read, particularly on items with long summaries.
While this could be done via CSS, this is more universal and simpler.
