XML_XSLT_Wrapper has an unmentioned, dependency on System_Command, It fails silently if System_Command is not present because of the @'s in the factory method. Maybe they should be replaced with a test first.
System_Console has a bug in the which() method... It tries to read $_ENV['PATH'], on my system this doesnt exist, but $_SERVER['PATH'] works.
I dont mind making the changes, but I dont want to step on anyones toes... :) Im not sure about backwards compatability for the $_ENV variable.
