Hi,
I went through all of the open DB bugs.
I closed a few, marked a few as duplicate and commented on the patches.
It really looks like whoever takes on DB can quickly close several bugs
following the comments in the bug db.
There are a few choices to make though and a fairly problematic issue with
how prepare() works (http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=31).
