I've updated the source so that when a table that doesn't exist is used in
the log() parameters, it is automatically created by the log class.
This seems more consistent as sqlite already tries to create the new db on
sqlite_open() if the db file doesn't exists.
It makes it easier to have different tables for different types of log upon
request, especially if you use some kind of log rotation each month.
