[patch] XML_RSS/RSS.php

Hi, While playing around with the XML_RSS package, I needed to recognize the RSS 1.0 module Content tag "content:encoded". It is used e.g. at: http://schockwellenreiter.server-wg.de/blog/rdf10_xml and numerous other feeds: http://www.google.de/search?q=xml+version%3D%221.0%22+content%3Aencoded Also I got problems with the simplified constructor, using just the "setInput()"-function. My test code just worked with "setInputFile()" so I added the old if-clauses again. And the last tiny modification: I've removed the double declaration of the "PUBDATE"-field in "var $itemTags".
