tableInfo() for oci8 is WACKED OUT

Hi Folks: I'm in the process of refining a new test for tableInfo(). Ran oci8 through it. The resulting array is unlike that returned by any other DBMS. Worse, the data from result sets is flat out wrong due typos introduced in version 1.12 back in August.
