[PEPr] Comment on XML::XML_Simple

Pierre-Alain Joye (http://pear.php.net/user/pajoye) gives a comment on the proposal for XML::XML_Simple. Comment: The code is nice, but I'm not sure it's a good idea. Even by emulate "most" simplexml features. I feel it as a nice illusion, or a bad limitation. It's true for any upcoming php5 emulation packages. I'm not in favour to provide php5 emulation for php4. It's counter productive, and not even possible in most cases. A -1 for now, unless you can provide something to proove the faisability of such things.
