As some of you might have noticed, I commited a new version of the PEAR manual a few minutes ago. This version includes two different kinds of Docbook skeleton: http://pear.php.net/manual/packages.net_checkip.php is the same skeleton than in the last manual version. The documentation on http://pear.php.net/manual/packages.auth.php is done by a new kind of skeleton, that is much more flexible IMO. Do have a look at both skeletons, you can download http://www.martin-jansen.de/pear/documentation/peardoc.tar.gz The relevant files are en/packages/auth.xml and en/packages/net-checkip.xml. The advantage of the new skeleton is, that it is much more flexible in handling large pacakges. The disadvantage is, that it is a bit harder to understand than the old skeleton. What is your opinion? What do you like more? - Martin
