Probably related once again to array_merge() used in exportValues(). You
should try without using numbers for your keys as they will be renumbered by
array_merge() (stupid isn't it ?). For example change 1 to _1, then it will
be considered a string and not be renumbered.
A workaround might be to use our own array_merge() method in QuickForm to
deal with this problem. If you feel like writing it, I am taker :)
