Hi,
I just committed code that fixes "pear run-tests" to use the PEAR php.exe, as well as code that fixes pear run-tests on windows (command-line)
You might find that it doesn't work. I have a modified run-tests.php file that will work, it's available unofficially for people to use for qa at
http://www.chiaraquartet.net/download/run-tests.php.txt
Simply save as run-tests.php in your PEAR/ directory to use.
