Because the index information was being found from a secondary query
lookup that used only the column name. If that column name also existed
in any other table, the information that came back could not be guaranteed
to be the information for the column/table combination the person is
asking the question about.
This could be reworked a _little_ bit by allowing improved flag
information if the person is looking up information about a table name,
rather than a query result.
