Rui Hirokawa (http://pear.php.net/user/hirokawa) has edited the proposal for
Authentication::Auth_HTTP_Digest.
Change comment:
- fixed SQL injection bug.
- added forceDigestOnly flag to prevent to use Basic authentication.
- added TODO file.

- fixed packaging problem.
