I'd say that you 'd have to find a way to get the vast amount of people at
PHPBuilder.com to notice the development of the PEAR project. So
*something* has to be posted there, prominently.
On the other hand I agree that it's wise to start working on giving
pear.php.net more volume, but i suppose that's something nobody can
disagree on ;-)
