This issue has been fixed ..." instead of "... This issue has already been fixed ..." because otherwise it sounds like it's telling the user "you didn't try the latest version", while in fact, it is merely saying that the latest release (which may have been released after the bug was reported) does not have that problem. -- Edit bug report at http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=869&edit=1 --
