db oci function "numRows" doesn't support querys with bind-vars.
Reproduce code:

var $last_data = array() ;
function &execute($stmt, $data = array()) {
...
$this->last_data = $data ;
...
}
function numRows($result) {
....
$countquery = 'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ('.$this->last_query.')';
//
if( $this->last_data ) {
$objStm = $this->prepare($countquery) ;
$count =& $this->execute($objStm, $this->last_data ) ;
}
else {
$save_query = $this->last_query;
$save_stmt = $this->last_stmt;
$count =& $this->query($countquery);
}
