HTML_FORM bugs 658 659

Hello Everyone, I worked on two html_form "bugs" as you might see at http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=658 http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=659 I added my comments and changed their status to verified. For the first one I prepared a patch (source available on my website http://php.gurugeek.org/pear/html_form_gg.php ). None of the two are nor urgent of critical but I think this package could have some further development with the patch, some additional functions and a more extensive documentation. Regards,
